March 2018 I made two Mandalas out of red clay with ALC students. First we cut out shapes with a pre made pattern I designed. After a bisque fire, we had students return to glaze pieces in white, gray or black. After they were fired for the second time, Alexis and I affixed to pieces to tables, grouted them and then covered in a self leveling clear resin. The students use them in a study area at school.
